Delivery and Installation
Unlike other dealers, we don‘t bring things to the job site still in the box. Our factory trained service staff unpacks and assembles products the day before delivery to prevent last minute surprises that could be disappointing to our clients. Each item is inspected for proper quality, sub-assembled and then blanket-wrapped for delivery on our own specially equipped trucks. Our delivery teams complete the installation on-site and our work is guaranteed.
Delivery Scheduling
Our Service Department manager works with clients to coordinate deliveries to meet our clients‘ expectations. All of our deliveries are planned in advance, so clients can know what to expect and when to anticipate our crew‘s arrival. Our delivery crews call each destination in advance to let them know they‘re on their way to the site. This is nothing new. We‘ve been doing it this way since 1984 when we started. That‘s just one more reason our clients love the level of service they get from Office Furniture Source.
Interior Design
Our Interior Designers team with our sales staff to fulfill each client‘s needs within budget. These highly trained people have an eye for details. They develop the layouts, color schemes and parts lists to coordinate each project.
Consultations
Our sales group is available for consultation at your convenience. They are trained to listen and then to analyze our clients' needs. Next, you can count on them to present you with an appropriate solution for any situation. They will meet with you in your place of business or in one of our showrooms; whichever you prefer. No pressure, no hassles. Only great results!
Warranty Work
Our installation work is warranted free for a period of one year. All replacement parts are warranted by the manufacturers and whenever we can get them for free, there is no cost to you. Off-Site Storage
We offer our clients off site storage of records and excess furniture at reasonable rates. Storage is done in our own warehouses which are climate controlled and protected by fire sprinklers and alarm systems. For more details on this service please contact us at service@officefurnituresource.com
Moving Services and Reconfiguration
Our same delivery/installation teams are available to move your offices or reconfigure your furniture for very competitive rates. Consider the fact that our crews are furniture experts, not moving people. This means we have more knowledge about how to handle your furniture, disassembling and reinstallation than any moving company could provide.
